We proudly offer free worldwide shipping — no minimum order, no extra fees at checkout. All shipping costs are included in our product prices.

All items are made-to-order and typically processed within 7–14 business days after purchase. This allows for careful production, quality checks, and preparation for shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All prices include shipping costs. However, international customers outside the EU may be responsible for any customs duties or local taxes upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and vary by country.

❓ Delayed, Lost or Refused Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@reddots.ie
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we may deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.
